Event Name: GEMS Program
Event Details: Where girls learn just what a “GEM” they are!
Classes will be May 28th & 30th, June 3rd, from 9:00 am till noon
The last class will be June 5th from 9:00 am—4:00pm this includes lunch and outing.
Classes meet at Heartbeat of Hardin County, 220 E Franklin St. Kenton, Ohio.
Youth entering the 7th grade in the fall to 12th graders can join the classes. The program will be 4 days over two weeks.
Topics that will be covered are the importance of protecting your fertility, relationships, drug & alcohol awareness, self-esteem, and future goals.
Classes will include discussions, videos, worksheets, crafts, and much more.
Girls will receive a gemstone bracelet and other items. The last meeting will include lunch and outing to some fun activity.
