Farming Accident Claims the Life of Mt. Blanchard Man
A Mt. Blanchard man died in a farming accident Monday afternoon.
WFIN Radio reported that 44 year old Christopher Farver was working on a piece of farm machinery in a field on Township Road 152 in Hancock County when he was struck by a tractor being operated by 77 year old Leo Smalley.
Farver was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident remains under investigation.
