Fatal Stabbing in DeGraff; Riverside School on Lockdown
A fatal stabbing was reported in DeGraff this morning.
WPKO Radio reported that the victim has been identified as 36 year old Crystal Caudill. She was taken to Mary Rutan Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The suspect has been identified as her 16 year old son.
Logan County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched around 6:45 this morning and have been searching an area on Township Roads 45 and 205.
A drone and K-9 unit have also been deployed as authorities look the suspect.
As a precaution, Riverside School was put on lockdown.
The Ohio State Patrol and Bellefontaine Police Department are assisting in the investigation.
