Five Sentenced in Common Pleas Court Recently

Five people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

According to the documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office, the following five individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

.Jane Buscay on one count of theft.

.Kurosh Filsooki on one count of aggravated possession of drugs.

.Taylor Hoops one count each of trafficking in fentanyl-related compound, complicity to trafficking cocaine in the vicinity of a school or juvenile, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, possession of heroin and attempted intimidation of an attorney, victim or witness in a crime case.

.Michael L. Rigney on one count of tampering with evidence.

.Michael C. Parsons on one count of improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
