Five people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
According to the documents from Hardin County Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:
.Johnny C. Davis was sentenced to a total of 4 years and 11 months in prison on one count each of felonious assault and inducing panic.
The following four individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:
.Matthew Wilhoite on one count each of attempted abduction and disrupting public services.
.Shane A. Bailey on two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs.
.Noah G. Woodruff on one count each of tampering with evidence and falsification.
.James R. Mcavoy on one count of aggravated possession of drugs.
All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
