Five people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
According to the documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:
.Brady Higgins was sentenced to a total of five years in prison on one count of aggravated possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification, two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs one with a forfeiture specification, improper handling firearms in a motor vehicle with a forfeiture specification and one count of forgery.
.Cain Haney was sentenced to a minimum of 3 and a maximum of four and half years in prison on one count of robbery.
.Michael Jones was sentenced to a total of four years in prison on three counts of aggravated possession of drugs one with a forfeiture specification, two counts of violating a protection order and one count of possession of dangerous drugs.
The following two individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:
.Cheyanne Beardsley on one count of aggravated possession of drugs.
.Aaron Madison one count each of possession of heroin and possession of a fentanyl-related compound.
All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
