Five Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Five people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

 

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

 

.Erica L. Ellis was sentenced to a total of 41 months in prison on one count each of tampering with evidence and possession of heroin.

 

The following four individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

 

.Kyle J. Otto on one count each of trespassing in a habitation when a person is or likely to be present and theft of drugs. He must serve 45 days local incarceration and must pay restitution of nearly $2200 to the victim.

 

.Lucas W. Terry on one count of breaking and entering.

 

.Taylor N. Woodruff Barnett on one count of aggravated possession of drugs.

 

.Aaron D. McGrath on one count of disrupting public services.

 

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
