Florida Man Killed, Woman Critically Injured in Allen County Motorcycle Accident
One man was killed and a woman was critically injured in a motorcycle accident that occurred this past Sunday in Allen County.
According to a release from the Lima Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, 53 year old Saul Palacious, of Avon Lake, Florida, lost control of his motorcycle while traveling south on Interstate 75.
The motorcycle struck the guardrail and both the operator and a passenger were thrown from the motorcycle.
Saul Palacious was pronounced dead at the scene.
The passenger, 56 year old Reina Palacious, was transported to Lima Memorial Hospital in critical condition.
Both occupants were wearing helmets at the time of the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
