A Forest man pleaded guilty to several charges in a home invasion and burglary case dating back to the Fall of 2017.
According to documents from Clerk of Courts Carrie Haudenshield's Office, 33 year old Rick K. Gault pleaded guilty to one count each of aggravated burglary and grand theft and two counts of felonious assault.
Multiple other counts, including kidnapping were dismissed.
The incident occurred at a house in the 300 block of North Main Street in Kenton. One person in the house was taken to Grant Medical Center in Columbus for treatment of injuries.
A presentence investigation was ordered, and Gault will be sentenced at 11am on Thursday March 1 in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
