Former City of Kenton Superintendent of Water Treatment Sentenced in Hardin County Common Pleas Court

 A man who served as the Superintendent of Water Treatment for the City of Kenton and the certified water treatment plant operator at various other locations was sentenced Monday in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

Dale Albert, of Kenton, was placed on five years community control with conditions on one count of Violation of Safe Drinking Water requirements.

He must serve 30 days local incarceration.

As part of the sentence, Albert must surrender his professional operator licenses and certificates which will be permanently revoked.

The case was heard by Judge Steve Christopher.
