Former HN Band Instructor Scheduled for Change of Plea Hearing on Charges Including Illegal Use of Minors in Nudity-Oriented Material
A change of plea hearing has been scheduled for a former Hardin Northern School band instructor.
The hearing for Cody Switzer will start at 9am on July 31st in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
Switzer was indicted in April on five counts of illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance and one count each of falsification and tampering with evidence.
A three-day jury trial was scheduled to start on August 20th.
Also in court recently, Dora L. Nichols was placed on five years community control with conditions on one count of theft from a person in a protected class.
She was ordered to pay restitution to the victim.
The case was heard by Judge Steve Christopher.
