A former employee of the Shawnee school district entered guilty pleas on theft charges.

 

Hometowns Stations reported that 54 year old Kimberly Hall pleaded guilty to theft in office and grand theft.

 

The charges were in connection to money stolen from the school distrcit and baseball boosters.

 

The former middle school secretary, who also served as the Shawnee Baseball Boosters Treasurer, is alleged to have stolen over $34,000 from the school and more than $21,000 from the boosters.

 

She will be sentenced in late October.
