Four Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Four people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

.Andrea L Stevens was sentenced to a total of 58 months in prison on one count each of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, vandalism, resisting arrest.

.Trever D. Nelson was sentenced to a total of 4 years and 10 months in prison on one count each of aggravated possession of drugs and failure to verify address.

The following two individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

.Timothy S. Robinson on one count each of operating a vehicle under the influence and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.

.Seth Rigdon on three counts of trafficking in cocaine.

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
