Four Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Four people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

 

According to the documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

 

.Delno L. Tidd was sentenced to a total of 30 months in prison on one count each of possession of heroin and having weapons while under disability.

 

The following three individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

 

.Chad R. Motter on one count each of receiving stolen property, trespassing and burglary.

 

.Sebastian R. Farthing on one count of possession of heroin.

 

.Logan R. Madison on one count of improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

 

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
