Four Sentenced Recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court

Four people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

.Jerimiah Z. Hairston was sentenced to a total of 4 years in prison on one count each of tampering with evidence and having weapons while under disability. 

.David D. Roberts was sentenced to 12 months in prison on one count of theft. He was given credit for 103 days time served and was ordered to pay restitution of $1300 to the victim.

The following two individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

.Beswick A. Kenlock on one count of improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

.Michael S. Howard on one count of domestic violence.

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
