Several awards will be presented as part of the Hardin Freedom Fest parade on July 4 in Kenton.
Award banners for Most Patriotic, Best Overall, Best Theme, Best Group and Best Decorated Golf Cart will be named.
Line-up for the parade will be at 8:30am on July 4 near St. John’s Church.
Judging will take place at 9 and awards presented at 9:15.
The parade starts at 10 that morning.
It will start at the Armory and proceed south to Columbus Street where it will turn east and proceed to the Kenton Middle School, which is the ending point.
The fireworks display is scheduled for 10pm on July 4 at the Hardin County Fairgrounds.
