Gasoline Prices Drop to Start Work Week

The average price for a gallon of gas in Hardin County dropped 11 cents from last week.

 

AAA reported that the average price for a gallon of regular grade gas is $2.55 today, compared to $2.66 from last week.

 

Hancock and Allen Counties had the cheapest prices in the region at $2.53 a gallon.

 

The most expensive is in Union County where the average cost is $2.67 a gallon.

 

The statewide average fell 21 cents per gallon to  $2.56 and the national average dropped seven cents to $2.74 a gallon.
