Governor & Mrs. DeWine Visit ONU in Ada

Gov. & Mrs. DeWine paid a visit to the mass vaccination site at Ohio Northern University in Ada today.

ONU HealthWise has been selected as a mass vaccination site for the state by Governor Mike DeWine, JD ’72. The mobile clinic will be going to other counties over the next 8 weeks to administer vaccines.

The vaccine clinics for Hardin County will be at the ONU HealthWise Pharmacy or at King Horn. Vaccine recipients must be age 16 or older to be eligible for the Pfizer vaccine, and age 18 or older to be eligible for the Moderna or Janssen vaccine. HealthWise will be receiving the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine for the foreseeable future.

The pharmacy anticipates receiving a steady supply of vaccines for the next few months.

The DeWine’s also visited the Allen County Mass Vaccination Clinic in Lima prior to stopping in Ada.
