Grand Jury Returns 30 Count Indictment, Including 15 Counts of Rape, Against Alger Man
The September Grand Jury indicted an Alger man on 15 counts of rape, 5 counts of sexual battery and 10 counts of gross sexual imposition.
19 year year old Johnathan Shrader was arrested last week.
According to court documents, the case dates back to late October of 2020 when the victim was less than 10 years old.
It allegedly continued into January of this year, with the victim still less than 13.
Shrader, who will turn 20 on October 4, is currently being held in the Multi County Jail in Marion.
An arraignment date has not yet been set.
