Guidelines Approved for Kenton’s Trick or Treat on October 31

The City of Kenton will be having Trick or Treat on Saturday, October 31 from 6-8PM.

The city announced a list of guidelines on Tuesday that were approved by the Hardin County Health Department.

Some of the guidelines include for trick or treaters to stay home if sick or you have COVID-19 symptoms, wear a face mask that completely covers your nose and mouth and maintain at least six feet from other groups.

Those handing out treats are also being asked to refrain from giving out candy if anyone in the household is sick

You should designate one person in the house to hand out candy, and that person should wear a mask when opening the door.

You should also put the treats in individual baggies and lay them out instead of putting them in a large bowl.
