Gusty Winds Possible for Brief Period

There will be some strong winds as we go through the rest of the afternoon into early evening.

That is due to a strong cold front sweeping east through the area. 

West winds will gust up to 50 mph for a couple of hours behind the front.

Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. 

Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. 

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle.
