Hancock County to receive vaccines later this month

At last night’s Findlay City Council meeting, Mayor Christina Muryn announced the arrival of coronavirus vaccines to Hancock County by the final week of December.

Denise Grant at The Courier reports Blanchard Valley Hospital will receive 500 doses of the two-step Moderna vaccine, which is administered in two stages at a 28-day interval.

Current estimates project just under 48-thousand Hancock County residents to choose to receive the optional vaccine.
