The Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance shined its Tourism Spotlight on the Ada Passenger Depot.
The unique and historic 2-story stick-built style depot was built in 1887 on the lines of the Ohio and Indiana Railroad, then the Pennsylvania Railroad.
It is one of the few surviving 19th century Pennsylvania passenger stations in Ohio.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998 as the Ada Pennsylvania Station and Railroad.
In addition to the train house, the Ada Depot features a caboose, historical marker, and cannon.
The depot is located at 9 Central Avenue in Ada.
