Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance Shines Tourism Spotlight on Hardin County Armory
The Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance featured the Hardin County Armory in its latest Tourism Spotlight.
It is the oldest and most unique Armory in Ohio with construction beginning in 1893.
Built during the Victorian era, the Hardin County Armory resembles a castle.
Today, the facility is used as a historical venue hosting weddings and events.
It was nearly demolished many years ago but saved by a group of volunteers who formed a non-profit board to restore and oversee the venue.
All proceeds from events go towards the continued upkeep and preservation of the historical building.
