Hardin County Common Pleas Judge Scott Barrett sentenced a man to nine months in prison Tuesday.

Per the court’s statement, Justin D. Roberts had been found guilty of failing to register a new address, which is a fourth-degree felony.

Roberts received credit for 33 days served, and is subject to three years of optional post-release control.

Judge Barrett, citing Roberts’s record and previous failures at rehabilitation, disapproved of intensive treatment programs in this case, and ordered Roberts to pay the state of Ohio and Hardin County the costs of supervision, confinement, and prosecution.
