Hardin County Sheriff’s Office Seeks Public’s Help in Identifying Theft Suspect in Village of Forest

UPDATE 2pm 12/31/24: Per the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, the suspect has been located and taken in to custody.

The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in helping to identify a subject responsible for multiple thefts that occurred in the Village of Forest at approximately 9:00 AM today (12/31/24).

The suspect is described as a white male with long brown hair and glasses, wearing a plaid shirt/jacket and light color pants and dark color ball cap. He was seen driving a dark blue Nissan Titan truck, pulling a black and silver trailer with red lettering on the side with a Red Bull logo. It was last seen travelling north out of the village.
