The Hardin Northern History Brigade hosted the 3rd annual Living History Day for the elementary classes last week.
The History Brigade brings together living historians from around the state covering a variety of time periods.
Some of the presentations included a World War I doughboy, a Civil War surgeon, the Hardin County Historical Museum, Civil War flags, a medieval knight, a Confederate soldier, and fur traders.
Several History Brigade students provided a photobooth and conducted a presentation on Civil War photography.
Marathon Corporation and the Ohio Education Association provided generous grants to help cover expenses.
