HCSO Taking Applications for Dispatcher Position

The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office is accepting applications for the position of Dispatcher for the Central Dispatch Center.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment and have a high school diploma.

They must also possess a valid driver’s license and submit to a thorough background investigation, including drug screen.

Hours of work will include weekends and holidays on any of 3 shifts.

The successful applicant will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be proficient with computer technology.

Applications must be returned in person to the Sheriff’s Office at the above address.
