The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office held a promotion ceremony Monday.
First shift Sergeant Scott Holbrook was promoted to Lieutenant.
Lieutenant Holbrook will supervise the office’s Enforcement and Detective Divisions.
Sheriff Keith Everhart cited Holbrook’s long standing service to the Office and experience at numerous positions as preparation for his new role.
Attending the ceremony were Sheriff Everhart, Chief Deputy Dennis Burns and other members of the Sheriff’s Office staff.
To help mark the occasion, Lt. Holbrook was joined by his wife Sherli, their son Jadon, his parents and an uncle.
