House in Carey Suspected of Containing Drugs

A drug investigation is underway in Wyandot County.

 

According to the report from the Wyandot County Sheriff’s office, the Wyandot County Major Crimes Unit was notified by the Carey Police Department that drugs may be contained in a residence at 554 Grove Street in Carey.

 

A search warrant was obtained after a judge found probable cause existed.

 

Detectives from the Major Crimes Unit and officers from the Carey Police Department conducted the search, but no other information is being released at this time as the investigation is still open.
