The Kappa Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma invites any teachers of Hardin County, as well as surrounding counties, to a presentation this Friday, March 14.
Dr. Robin Rayfield, Director of the Ohio Retired Teachers Association, will be the featured speaker.
Kappa members will meet at noon at the Kenton Elks.
Lunch will be quiche, fruit cup, cashew romaine salad, dessert (by Jodine McKinley and Lori Paul), and beverages. Lunch is $15.
ORTA is the watchdog of Ohio’s STRS, so Rayfield will report the latest news about STRS. This may include updates about the COLA as well as other important information.
Hostesses are Jodine McKinley, Lori Paul, and Sandy Berry.
Please RSVP to Jodine McKinley for lunch, but otherwise all are invited to attend after lunch to hear the STRS news from Rayfield.
Following the speaker, the chapter will discuss the future for Kappa Chapter and vote about its continuation.
All members are invited to attend for this very important meeting.
