KCS 7-12 Grade Students Asked to Complete OH YES Survey

Kenton City School students in grades 7-12 are being asked to participate in the OH YES! (Ohio Healthy Youth Environments Survey) on Monday November 7.

The survey will ask the about their Feelings about their school and community, Personal use of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs and their perception of risks, Mental health, suicide, and access to health care, Family and personal relationships, and demographics and Health-related behaviors such as sleep, nutrition, and exercise

It can be viewed at the school’s office.

The survey was developed by the Ohio Departments of Education, Health, and Mental Health and Addiction Services.

The student is not required to participate.

That is a decision for the parent and their child to make.
