Kenton City Schools Students Participate in All-Abilities Basketball Camp at ONU
The Kenton City Schools Cross Curricular units went to Ohio Northern University earlier this week for their second annual all-abilities basketball camp.
Special Olympics teamed up with ONU and their 150 student volunteers to host the event.
107 students and educators went to represent Kenton City Schools.
They played basketball, ran drills, learned ball handling skills, did calisthenics and even had a chance to do some table games like golf and Mario Kart.
It was a great chance for the students to work together with the area Cross Curricular units to have a little fun and learn basketball skills.
