The Kenton Elks Lodge 157 had a big 4th of July weekend.

The Ritualistic Team won the National Championship this morning after a performance on Monday.

The team is now back to back champions at the Elks National Convention that was held this year in Tampa, Florida.

That area is about to get a visit from Tropical Storm Elsa that is expected to bring heavy rain.

Many of the officers will be delayed in returning due to the storm.

They are asking fellow Elk members to volunteer this Friday July 9 at the Western Ohio Aquatics League Summer Swim Championships hosted by the Kenton Swimming Pool.

That will start at 9 Friday morning and conclude at around 4 or 5 that afternoon.

Volunteers are needed at any time during the event.
