Kenton High School Academic Awards Held on Tuesday

Kenton High School students were recognized on Tuesday, October 19, for their individual academic performance for the 2020-2021 school year.

Academic Awards are given to students meeting specific end of year GPA requirements for the previous school year.

This year eighty-one students received an award: 39 students received their first year letter, 21 students earned their second year pin, and 21 students earned their 3rd year pin.

The following students earned their First Year Academic Letter: Class of 2022 – Gage Buxton. Class of 2023 – Anlyn Carlson, Kendyl Gibson, Drake Grant, Brock Heckathorn, Brody Heckathorn, Seth Manns, Trevor Robinson, Kasee Sandrus. Class of 2024 – Joel Bowman, Delaney Buxton, Samuel Chen, Angel Forester, Bella Hoffman, Adam Hopkins, Kale House, Kylie Hurt, Anthony Hunt, Eli Kauble, Claire Ketcham, Emma Mulligan, Gavin Payne, Emily Pees, Kira Ray, Trent Rogers, Samanth Sturgeon, Haylee Wise, Ethan Yoder.

The following students earned their Second Year Academic Letter: Class of 2022 – Asher Bridenstine, Simon Coffman, Devan Dulin, Keshuna Garner. Class of 2023 – Grady Baum, Nathaniel Compton, Connor Defibaugh, Jayson Dyer, Ali Harpel, Taylor Headings, Riley Hunt, Kooper Johnston, Aaron Modd, Avery Smith, Abi Temple, Elaine Webster, Gai Wetherill, Jenna White, Aidan Wood.

The following students earned their Third Year Academic Letter: Class of 2022 – Kylie Allmon, Chloe Anderson, Lauren Bartlett, Angel Chen, Grace Collins, Wyatt Gerlach, Zachary Heintz, Helen Huang, Lily James, Theo Jesionowski, Noah Ketcham, Samantha Lowe, Nicole Martinez, Addy Modd, Joslyn Stauffer, Katie Sturgeon, Trent Yoder.
