Kenton Lions Broom Sales Begin

Lions Meeting March 15, 2023

The Kenton Lions club held its meeting on Wednesday March 15, 2023, at the Kenton Elks.

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Lion President Bill Keller with 23 members and 1 guest present.

President Lion Bill Keller led with the pledge and the prayer.

The meeting was adjourned and reconvened at 7:00 pm following a meal.

Planning and updates were provided on the Golf Outing. The date of September 16th has been selected.

Lions Brooms were delivered today, and sales will begin. Brooms will be sold at $15.00 each. Anyone interested in purchasing a Lions Broom can contact any Lions member or call Lion Bill Keller at 567-674-9093, or Lion Aaron Osborn at 567-674-5734.

Other business included a donation to Kenton Little League and a Resolution in support of recognition to the 250th Anniversary of America will be made by Kenton Lions.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:34 pm. Followed by the singing of the Lions Roar.

50/50 drawing was won by Lion Alger Gibson.
