Kenton Man Arrested for Disorderly Conduct Over the Weekend
A Kenton man was arrested this past Saturday night after Kenton police were called to investigate a report about an open burn in the 600 block of Robinson Avenue.
35 year old Justin Argabright allegedly was very intoxicated and was burning several wooden pallets.
When the fire department arrived, Argabright is said to have become disoderly by attempting to continue to throw items in the fire and jumping on a firefighter.
Argabright was arrested for disorderly conduct and was issued a summons for open burn violations.
