A one vehicle crash occurred Sunday afternoon on Memorial Avenue.
According to the report, 30 year old John Biederman, of Kenton, was identified as the driver. His car jumped the curb on Memorial Avenue and struck a concrete post and a fence.
He refused treatment after being transported to Hardin Memorial Hospital.
It was discovered that Biederman had an active warrant for his arrest out of the Hardin County Sheriff's Office, and he was taken into custody.
He was cited by Kenton police for a reasonable control violation and released to the custody of a sheriff's deputy.
