Kenton Man Charged with Public Indecency
A Kenton man was charged following an incident reported to Kenton police on Tuesday.
According to the report, a man went to the police department to report an unspecified incident that happened to his juvenile niece.
As a result, 46 year old Carlos D. Kenner was cited for public indecency.
