A Kenton was issued a summons for possession of marijuana following a traffic stop Tuesday evening.
According to the report from the Kenton Police Department, officers observed a man enter a residence that is known for drug activity. He left the house around two minutes later and got into a vehicle as a passenger.
The vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation a short distance away, and the passenger, identified as 34 year old Anthony Stephens was allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana.
The marijuana cigarettes were seized by officers.
