A Kenton man was injured in a crash that occurred Monday in Hancock County.
The Findlay Courier reports that 56 year old Carl Bowers Sr. was driving south on Jackson Township Road 180 in Hancock County and failed to stop after approaching the intersection with Township Road 186.
His vehicle struck a road sign and a guidewire on an utility pole before going through a yard where it came to rest on a row of trees.
Bowers was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay for treatment of injuries.
The paper quoted the Hancock County Sheriff's Office as saying alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash which remains under investigation.
