Kenton Man Receives Summons for Assault
A Kenton man was issued a summons following an incident Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Kenton Police Department report, officers were dispatched to the South Wayne Street Storage Buildings on Decatur Street in reference to an assault.
The victim suffered apparent minor injuries.
34 year old Kenneth Perkins was issued a summons for assault.
The incident remains under investigation.
