Kenton Police made an arrest on suspicion of theft and criminal trespass yesterday afternoon.
Authorities were called to the Save-A-Lot on Decatur Street around four p.m. yesterday, where Timothy Mullins of Kenton allegedly was found to have taken a pack of trash bags valued at around five dollars.
Mullins was also found to have a hypodermic needle in his possession, adding possession of drug-abuse instruments to his misdemeanor charges from the incident.
