A Kenton man was sentenced Wednesday after admitting to violating terms of his community control.
35-year-old Brandon Spradlin was indicted on multiple counts of trafficking in and possession of fentanyl related compound, possession of heroin and aggravated possession of drugs in February of 2020.
Spradlin pleaded guilty to two counts of trafficking in fentanyl related compound and was placed on five years community control with conditions in late May of 2020.
He was accused in May of 2024 of failing to report and making his whereabouts known to his supervising officer since March 8th of last year, and was in violation of the conditions.
In Hardin County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday, Judge Steve Christopher sentenced Spradlin to a total of 34 months in prison.
