Kenton Middle School Cross Country Team to Kick Off 2024 Season on Monday
The Kenton Middle School Cross Country team will kick off the 2024 season on Monday, July 8th at 7:00a.m. at the Fieldhouse near Kenton High School.
Their summer training will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:00a.m. to 8:30a.m. starting on July 8th and going until to August 2nd.
Additional weekday practices will be added on August 5th.
Middle school Cross Country is about learning how to run long distances and no student is expected to be able to run any distance at the start of the season.
Cross Country doesn’t require many things that the athletes will need other than a good pair of running shoes, appropriate running attire, a water bottle and a good attitude.
You will need an up to date physical before August 19th.
