Kenton Officials Issue Reminder About Ordinance Requiring the Clearing of Sidewalks

Property owners, businesses and residents in Kenton are being reminded that city ordinance requires them to clear their sidewalks. 

You should shovel snow onto your property and not in the street or alley.

It is the responsibility of business owners, property owners and residents to keep the public sidewalk through their property free from snow and ice.

If your business pays a company to remove snow from the sidewalk, make sure all snow is removed on the entire property not just near the entrances.
