Kenton Police Officer Suffered Apparent Minor Injuries; Suspect Charged

A Kenton police officer received minor injuries in an incident that occurred over the weekend.

 

According to the report, officers were dispatched to the 300 block of West Railroad Street in reference to a fight.

 

When the first officer arrived, he said he heard the suspect threaten a disabled person in a wheelchair.

 

The officer handcuffed the suspect who then allegedly kicked the officer several times. 

 

The suspect, identified as 33 year old Douglas Bolling, was charged with disorderly conduct by intoxication, 2 counts of menacing for threatening the disabled victim and the officer repeatedly, resisting arrest, and assault on a peace officer.
