The Kenton Top Twenty and Kenton Dimensions competed at Wapakoneta High School’s “Music and More” last Saturday.

 

Top Twenty was named Grand Champion in the Class B division and qualified for the evening Finals. During Finals, they placed fourth runner-up overall.

 

This was the fourth time in school history Top Twenty made the evening Finals portion of a competition.

 

The Kenton Middle School’s Dimensions earned Grand Champion in the Middle School division.

 

Freshman Myranda Archer was named Best Performer of Top Twenty, and 8th grader Noah Ketcham won the Best Performer Award for Dimensions.

 

Todd Daquino, Top Twenty’s director says that he is “…beyond proud of Top Twenty, A-Ccompany, Crew, and Dimensions for their hard work this year. This was an excellent way to end our competition season, and a thank you for your continued support of our show choir programs.”

 

Top Twenty will celebrate their 50th Anniversary of Cabaret this May 18-20.  Dimensions Showcase will be April 14-15. Ticket and table reservation is available through Kenton Middle School and Kenton High School.
