Kenton Varsity Baseball falls to Hardin Northern 8 – 1

A big seventh inning for the Polar Bears puts the Wildcats away on a cold rainy Wednesday evening. 

Kenton had a frustrating night at the plate and couldn’t get anything going offensively. Sophomore Gavin Scott singled on a line drive to right field scoring Haven Conley to give the Wildcats their only run of the game. 

Starting on the mound was Dawson Miller going

3.0 IP, 2 H, 1 R, 0 ER, 4 BB, 4 K. Pitching in relief was Austin Dysert 3.0 IP, 2 H, 2 R, 0 ER, 1 BB, 3 K. Grady Beazley and Maddox Hommel pitched the final inning for the Wildcats. 

Kenton’s Varsity falls to 1-2 overall and will travel to Lima Shawnee on Friday to take on the Indians
