KFD Handles Minor Fire Early this Morning
The Kenton Fire Department was dispatched to a minor fire early this morning.
According to information from the department, firefighters were dispatched to a mobile home in the 200 block of West Pattison Avenue at around 4:20 this morning.
Firefighters determined that heat tape shorted out and melted some of the skirting on the mobile home.
Light damage was reported, and firefighters were on the scene for around an hour and a half.
